Manchester City have got their Premier League campaign off to the best possible start with a comprehensive victory over Wolves.
The Black Country club have become a bogey side for City in recent years and defeated them twice last season but, even though the Blues were without seven players, they managed to put in a great performance and win 3-1.
Wolves came back out fighting in the second-half and got a lifeline when Raul Jimenez pulled a goal back but Gabriel Jesus managed to put the game to bed with a deflected effort in injury time.
City were without Sergio Aguero, Aymeric Laporte, Joao Cancelo, Eric Garcia, Bernardo Silva, Aleks Zinchenko and ilkay Gundogan for the match.
Stay tuned throughout the day for the latest City news.
